01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "th444" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to th444 and all services, games, products, and features accessible at th444.org and its associated subdomains.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" / "Member" refers to any natural person who has registered an account with th444 and uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual member account created upon successful registration, through which a Player accesses all Platform services.
• "Golden Bank Wallet" / "Wallet" refers to the in-platform financial account associated with each registered Member, used to hold deposited funds, winnings, and promotional credits.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds in a Player's Wallet derived from verified deposits or confirmed withdrawable winnings, distinct from any Bonus Balance.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by th444, which are subject to wagering requirements and specific conditions before becoming withdrawable.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of qualifying bets a Player must place before Bonus Balance funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required to access full Platform functionality, including withdrawals.
• "Business Day" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding Philippine public holidays as declared by the Office of the President of the Philippines.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to a voluntary restriction applied to a Player's Account at the Player's request, limiting or preventing access to gambling services for a specified or indefinite period.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing th444.org, registering an Account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the th444 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or terms applicable to specific games or promotions published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Eligibility & Registration

Registration with th444 is open only to natural persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the Platform:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. In the Philippines, the minimum legal age to participate in casino-style online gambling is 21. th444 enforces this restriction strictly and will suspend any Account found to belong to a person under this age.
2. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You are registering as an individual natural person acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
4. You have not previously had a th444 Account suspended, closed for cause, or permanently excluded at your own request or by Platform decision.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of th444 or any affiliated entity, unless otherwise permitted in writing.

Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any associated funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a unique password. th444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any information provided at registration at any time.

04 Account Responsibilities

Players are solely and exclusively responsible for all activity conducted through their Account, whether or not that activity was authorized by the Player. This includes, without limitation:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of all login credentials, including username, password, and two-factor authentication codes.
• Ensuring that no third party, including family members, has access to or uses the Account.
• Notifying th444 Customer Support immediately upon suspecting or discovering unauthorized access to the Account.
• Keeping all Account information current and accurate, including contact details and payment method information.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with use of the Platform.

th444 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the unauthorized use of a Player's Account where such unauthorized access resulted from the Player's failure to adequately protect their credentials. th444 will never request a Player's password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.

05 Deposits

All deposits to a th444 Golden Bank Wallet are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). th444 accepts deposits through the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, Coins.ph) and ₱500 for bank transfer methods. There is no maximum single-deposit limit for standard accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and Coins.ph are credited to the Player's Golden Bank Wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 5 to 15 minutes of confirmed bank clearance during operating hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation, typically within 2 to 5 minutes.

Funds deposited to a th444 Account may only be used for the purpose of placing bets and participating in games on the Platform. Deposits are not interest-bearing. th444 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own fees, for which th444 accepts no responsibility.

06 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the Player has completed KYC verification to th444's satisfaction.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
2. Players who have received a promotional bonus must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement in full before any portion of the Bonus Balance may be withdrawn. Real Money Balance is not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion.
3. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name, consistent with the KYC information on file. th444 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4. Verified Players who submit withdrawal requests before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on a Business Day will receive their funds the same day via GCash or Maya, subject to payment provider processing times.
5. Requests submitted after 5:00 PM PST or on non-Business Days will be processed on the next Business Day.
6. th444 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above ₱100,000 or where AML screening flags a transaction for review.

th444 reserves the right to void winnings and refuse withdrawal of funds where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, system exploitation, game tampering, or violation of these Terms.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

th444 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and other incentives to registered Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered Players only and may be subject to minimum deposit requirements, minimum wagering activity thresholds, or account tier requirements.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a Wagering Requirement that must be met in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion's terms at the time of offer.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotional terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry of the validity period if requirements have not been met.
• th444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions already accepted by Players will be honoured under the terms active at the time of acceptance, subject to these general Terms.
• Players who, in th444's sole determination, abuse the bonus system — including by placing bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk — may have their bonus entitlements voided and their Account reviewed.

08 Game Rules & Bets

Each game available on the th444 Platform is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any bets. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

The following provisions apply to all bets placed on the th444 Platform:

1. All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. No bet may be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn after placement, except where a game-specific cancellation mechanism explicitly permits it prior to the relevant event or game round commencing.
2. In the event of a technical error, network disruption, or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, th444 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Golden Bank Wallet. No additional compensation will be provided for a voided round.
3. th444 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — and to correct any manifest errors in game presentation or payout calculations.
4. For sports betting, th444's rules applicable to each sport and event type govern the settlement of bets. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or results are disputed, the applicable sport-specific rules will determine whether the bet is settled, voided, or rolled over.
5. All RNG-based game outcomes are independently certified by approved third-party testing laboratories. Published RTPs are reviewed periodically and are accurate at the time of publication.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the th444 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, any associated funds forfeited, and, where applicable, may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that provides an unfair advantage in any game or that manipulates Platform systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any such discovery must be reported to th444 Support immediately; exploitation is strictly prohibited.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games and poker variants.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, laundering proceeds of crime through the Platform, or using the Platform in any manner that facilitates financial fraud.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or in any communication with th444.
• Engaging in any form of "bonus hunting," "bonus abuse," "arbitrage betting," or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or underlying infrastructure.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling gaming services, managing accounts on behalf of third parties for commercial gain, or operating an informal gambling operation using th444 as the underlying platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content accessible on the th444 Platform, including but not limited to the th444 brand name, logo, graphical user interface, game assets, software, text, images, audio, and video materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of th444 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. Players may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of th444.

The names, logos, and trade dress of third-party game providers displayed on the Platform remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by th444 under licence.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, th444 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss or damage resulting from temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Any financial loss resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including loss of funds due to non-compliance with withdrawal conditions or forfeiture of bonus funds.
• Any loss arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• Any loss attributable to unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from that Player's failure to adequately protect their credentials.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties or the limitation of certain damages, th444's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits th444's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Responsible Gaming

th444 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of problem gambling among its Player base. In accordance with this commitment, th444 provides the following tools and resources, accessible from the Golden Bank Wallet dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits. Requests to reduce limits are processed immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum acceptable loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month. When a loss limit is reached, wagering is suspended for the relevant period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out. A session timer notification is displayed when the limit approaches.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications remind Players of the duration of their current session and cumulative wagers placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon activation. Requests to lift a self-exclusion period before its expiry will not be honoured. Permanent self-exclusions are irrevocable.

The Platform is strictly available to persons aged 21 and above. th444 employs age verification measures as part of its KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all bets will be voided, and any deposits will be returned.

13 Account Closure & Suspension

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting th444 Customer Support via live chat. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) Business Days, subject to KYC completion and satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

th444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable supplementary terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity involving the Account.
• A regulatory or law enforcement direction requiring Account suspension or closure.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.

Where an Account is closed by th444 for cause, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, th444 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.

14 Amendments to These Terms

th444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — including changes that affect Player rights with respect to withdrawals, bonus conditions, or account security — th444 will provide reasonable advance notice to affected Players via in-platform notification or email to the registered contact address.

Non-material amendments (including typographic corrections, clarifications, and formatting changes that do not affect Player rights) may be made at any time without prior notice. The effective date of any revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment comes into effect.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and th444, Players are encouraged to first contact th444 Customer Support to seek an informal resolution. th444 is committed to resolving Player complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

Where informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable period, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Participation in gambling on the th444 Platform does not give rise to any claims against th444 for gambling losses beyond the return of deposits in cases of manifest Platform error.
